Davis Langdon is delighted to announce that we will be assisting Zimmer Gunsul Frasca with the $1.2 billion expansion of the Seattle Children’s Hospital.  This 2.5 million square foot expansion includes doubling the number of inpatient beds from 250 to between 500 and 600 and will be completed in 3 phases over a 12 year period, with a substantial part being finished within the next 4-5 years.  Additional program areas include diagnostic and treatment departments, an emergency department, parking for 4,200 cars and other support areas.
