We have been retained by Madame Tussaud’s to provide project management services for their new attraction in Hollywood, California. The building comprises approximately 50,000 sf of attraction space, and a below grade parking of approximately 46,000 sf. The project is scheduled to commence construction in the Spring of 2007, and is being designed by RoTo Architects from Los Angeles.
