Nick is a quantity surveyor by training and has worked as a cost consultant in California since joining the firm in 1986. He established the Los Angeles office of Davis Langdon in 1987 and since then has played a major role in the design-stage cost management of many major higher education, healthcare and cultural facilities in California.
In 2003 Nick assumed the leadership of Davis Langdon in the USA and is responsible for management of the firm's operations and for strategic planning, with a particular focus on our transition into a national consultancy, building a range of integrated services designed to manage risk and add value to our client’s projects. He is a member of the American Association of Cost Engineers and a Fellow of the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors.
