Our team has over ten years experience in the distribution sector working closely with developers; funders; contractors; operators; logistics consultants; and occupiers, our long-term commitment helps us really appreciate what success means for our clients when considering business requirements, essential processes, relevant technology and key operations.
Ongoing framework agreements form the foundation for many of our relationships, with the scope of the projects ranging from the delivery of speculative sheds to full occupier fit-out.
Our commitment is underpinned by experience and results. We completed over 5.0 million square feet of distribution space in our last financial year. We aim to keep pace with our distribution clients’ needs, and recently we have encountered increasing demand for solutions that tread lightly on our planet’s heritage. In response we have developed a sound understanding of the potential sustainability packages available to enhance a distribution centre’s performance for either base build or occupier.
Our project and cost managers take responsibility for the effective integration of mechanical handling systems, building services and IT infrastructure with the built or manufactured components of distribution centres. We also like to involve our clients fully in the design and procurement process; our aim being to deliver a facility that exceeds their expectations, and successfully meets the needs of their business now and in the future.
