The 190 acre scheme comprises of the redevelopment of Cricklewood railway sidings and surrounding plots to provide approximately 13.1 million square feet of development.

Comprising of 6,820,000 sq.ft. of residential apartments, 4,200,000 sq.ft of office development, 350,000 sq.ft. of retail units, 225,000 sq.ft of public car parking, 440,000 sq.ft of hotel development, 1,500 pupil secondary school and 87,000 sq.ft. of leisure facilities.

The project also includes major infrastructure works which include a new railway station on the Midland Main Line, a new rail freight depot with associated track sidings, alterations of the existing rail infrastructure, new road bridges over the railway line and north circular road and redevelopment of the M1 Junction, Hendon Way Junction and surrounding roads into Cricklewood and Brent Cross Shopping centre.

It is anticipated that this scheme will be completed in 2025.
