This partially disused dockland site was contaminated by industrial pollutants and large tips of domestic waste.

Our cost appraisals considered various options for remediation and disposal to enable redevelopment to be undertaken on a structurally and environmentally stable platform.

Infrastructure, access and services to the greater site were also taken into account, prior to addressing the land uses, building types, densities, sizes and supporting amenities required on the range of sites identified for particular uses.

Our involvement continues today, developments have included: The Cardiff Bay Barrage, The Bute Town Link-bridge and cut / cover tunnel, approximately 500,000ft² office developments by Associated British Ports.
