The scope of the project was to procure a fleet of bespoke maintenance vehicles for operation on the Channel Tunnel Rail Link and be able to run on both Channel Tunnel Infrastructure and UK domestic lines.

Davis Langdon was employed as project manager and cost consultant on this complex project that involved complex procurement activity and the resultant management of suppliers throughout Europe.

State of the art multi-purpose vehicles were taken delivery of by the client prior to opening of both sections 1 and 2 of CTRL.
