Project Forest was Gazeley’s innovation to construct a fully functional warehouse within a vastly reduced programme, twelve weeks to be exact. This was achieved through teamwork, detailed planning and strong leadership with a "right first time" philosophy.

The Client occupied a fully fitted out warehouse space of 230,000 sqft within 12 weeks of commencement. The completed warehouse space with 10,000 sqft of ancillary office space was handed over 11 weeks later.

A hugely acclaimed project which resulted in Gazeley being awarded an Innovation award in the USA. An achievement that has not been matched by any of Gazeley’s competitors within the construction industry.
