Featuring terracotta cladding and spacious apartments, the project was featured in several publications in 2004 highlighting its excellent design and construction.

High quality mixed use development, comprising of 14 luxury apartments (totalling 27,000 sqft), with 12,000 sqft of office accommodation located on the first and second floors, 4,000 sqft of prime ground floor retail space, and basement parking for 12 cars. Total floor area is 64,559 sq ft. It was procured via Construction Management and was completed in November 2004.
