As one of the Partners managing our 70+ strong Manchester office, his expertise is in the Cost Management and Employer’s Agent service lines.  Steve is firmly committed to client satisfaction, applying himself with great integrity and a real passion for getting it right.

Steve joined Davis Langdon in 1998 and since that time has focussed on the Cost Management of complex, often unique projects. His experience includes  projects in both the UK and Europe with particular focus on Aviation, Arts & Cultural, Regeneration and the Hotel sectors. Key examples of these projects include The Lowry in Salford and Urbis in Manchester.  

Steve’s current responsibilities include management of Davis Langdon’s services and relationships with major clients including Manchester Airport, Landsec Trillium and ISIS Waterside Regeneration.
