Richard joined Davis Langdon in 2000, was made a Partner in 2005, and is now director Head of Specification Consulting service line for the UK and Europe region. He has over 20 years experience within the construction industry ranging from cost management, estimating and specification writing.

Richard’s role is the overall management of the existing client portfolio and development of new business in the UK and Europe region.

Richard is a proponent in the use of technology and adoption of BIM to improve design team workflows, and is leading the BIM initiatives for Specification Consulting.
