Dean has been in our office since qualifying from the University of Natal and has served as a Quantity Surveyor in training from April 2001. He received “Registered” status in November 2004. His involvement in projects has covered both building and civil engineering work.

In 2006, Dean became an Associate and in 2008 a Local Director of the Durban office. He received a further appointment as a Director in April 2010. He is involved in all aspects of quantity surveying functions.

Dean's project expertise includes cost planning, procurement and cost management of major civil engineering and building projects in Africa.
