Our project delivery mode is to provide core skill sets, normally centred around quality, environmental, OH&S issues throughout all phases of the project cycle. On engagements where specialised design review is required we partner with technically strong engineering consultants.

Engagement usually begins at contract or financial close and continues through to the Defects Liability Period. For the larger projects this may be an engagement of up to 6 or years mobilising a dedicated, multi-party team of 10 to 20 professional staff.

A key to our ongoing success is to work closely with key stakeholders and clients to ensure they continue to receive the right value proposition from our services during the course of the project.
