New building for the Qatar Foundation for Education, Science and Community Development (QF).

QF plans to combine the existing Qatar Academy with a new University (Education City) to provide superior class education to train professionals in Management and Information Technology, Engineering and Medicine. The goal is to create a unified and completed campus in phases. Each phase, will be occupied by faculty and students, as it is completed and handed over.

Davis Langdon Specification Consulting produced the Tender Specification and introduced their simple Technical Reference Sheet (TRS) coding system to this very complex project. This system ensured that the drawings were uncluttered of anotations and descriptions kept the schedule simple and ensured the CSI formatted Specification was easy to understand, unambiguous and defined the quality of build and products the client was striving to achieve.
