Construction of a new 15,700m2 research facility to house the AIBN at the University of Queensland’s St Lucia Campus. The facility is designed to cater for up to 365 researches and includes PC 2 and PC 3 laboratory spaces and lab support, clean rooms, write up areas, offices and general administration areas.

Davis Langdon’s experience and understanding of large scale research facilities ensured that we were able to draw on our historical cost data in relation to this project and provide timely and accurate cost information throughout the early design phases.
