This 69 Victoria Street development is a high quality development for residential and retail use.

Its features include two basement levels for car parking with 40 parking spaces (including three tandem spaces), ground floor parking, one ground floor cafĂ© and 35 apartments on six levels.

This project was procured using a D&C contract and the specification therefore clearly supported the design intent, confirmed procedures and responsibilities, established quality and performance benchmarks and provided means for checking compliance whilst reflecting the contract procurement route.

Working closely with Jackson Clement Burrows we were able to ensure clear concise documents. 

With the introduction of our Technical Reference Sheet (TRS) system we ensured that the drawings were uncluttered without long annotations and that the transfer of information communicating scope and quality was easily understood.
