Scott’s career in the construction industry commenced in 1988 as a construction management trainee with Fletcher Construction, qualifying with both a New Zealand Certificate in Quantity Surveying and Building. In 1993 he joined the Palmerston North Office of Davis Langdon (formerly Knapman Clark) before working in a London based Quantity Surveying firm where he was involved in Cost Management and Contract Negotiations for a large retail group. On returning to New Zealand in 1997 he joined the Auckland Office of Davis Langdon. Scott is a member of the NZIOB and associate member of the NZIQS and has specialist expertise in Project Finance Services (Project Audit) acting for leading Banks, Financial Institutions and Fund Managers, Drawdown Valuation, Cost Management, Contract Administration, Feasibility Studies.
